Tony Prinzi

As a seven-year staff member, Tony feels privileged and blessed to work at a place where he can utilize his time, talent, and resources for the highest good of all. He views his work at CGCC as a calling from God. Tony’s work includes letting people know about the life of this church by helping to print and mail The Good Tidings newsletter. He also prints, folds, and collates the Sunday worship and memorial service bulletins, and orders supplies for the staff. He cheerfully answers phones and directs calls, receives guests at the reception desk, and assists with the benevolence seekers and those in need. Tony became a member of CGCC in 1997, and trained to become a Stephen Minister, as part of the care-giving Stephen Ministry.
Tony has lived in Miami since 1955, and has attended CGCC since the late 1970s. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications from Florida State University. He has two adopted daughters, Dawn and Kimberly, and is Grandpa Tony to Ethan. He loves laughter, humor, the arts, nature, and fitness exercise. Speaking to his ministry among us, Tony offers these words: “I am always trying to improve my pastoral care skills as a lay person. Sometimes I just lend a listening ear, and help someone in a crisis situation. I love that my job is all encompassing.”
