Harold Marrero is a videographer and creative consultant for the Coral Gables Congregational Media Ministry. He was born in Cuba, and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1994. Since he was 14 years old, he has been involved in church media production. Harold is a newcomer to the United Church of Christ, and believes in promoting the United Church of Christ’s message through social media.  He is passionate about the UCC, and plans to attend seminary in the next few years.

Harold offers these words: “It is up to us to show all young people out there whose hearts are saying, ‘there has to be more to life than this mess,’ that there is a place they can come and experience this movement–a place where they can truly make a difference in their lives, their community, and their nation through service.  This is our calling, and this is what we believe Christ, who calls us to change the world through love and understanding, would do.
