Tuesday evenings, from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Led by Peggy Gaines, RN, BSN, and an ANA certified meditation instructor, this is your opportunity to learn how to relax and maintain a sense of calm, even in times of stress. This five-class series which begins Tuesday, March 27, will teach the basics of meditation, including how to get started and how to quiet your mind.
